Cue the insomnia. Here I am again, its 4:30 am and for the third night this week I have went to bed early only to wake after a couple hours and not be able to sleep again. What good is trying to break my habit of being a night owl? I have tried going to bed before midnight the past 3 nights only to wake about 3 or 4 hours later wide awake. Awesome. So what is a person like me to do? The rest of the world is asleep and sadly I don't have the abilities that other night dwellers have. I can't fly and fight crime like Batman, I can't run fast and I don't have super strength like Edward Cullen and I can't turn into a wolf like Remus Lupin... so again I ask what is a normal person like me suppose to do?
This post is more of an asking for tips vs. giving them. Does anyone have any advice for the sleeping impaired? I would gladly accept them!
